1. Students, who wish to cancel their admission within 10 days of admission, should give a written application to the Principal and produce the fee receipts. The Principal would consider the application, and after the consent of the Principal, 20% of the total fees would be deducted and the remaining amount would be refunded.
2. Students, who wish to cancel their admission within 30 days of admission, should give a written application to the Principal and produce the fee receipts. 40% of the total fees would be deducted and the remaining amount would be refunded.
3. Fees won’t be refunded if a student wishes to cancel the admission AFTER 30 DAYS.
4. To remove the name from the roll, a written application by parents is mandatory.

Learn moreAs Per UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009 and Savitribai Phule Pune University Anti-Ragging Guidelines, Shri Siddhivinayak Mahila Mahavidyalaya has constituted the Anti-Ragging Committee to maintain the ragging free college campus and to provide safe and secure environment. The Committee includes faculty members and support-staff from different departments with students’ & parents’ representatives. The committee meets often to discuss the anti-ragging directives received from UGC and put them into action. It ensures the implementation of the preventive measure and undertakes frequent and surprise visits to ensure ragging free campus. This squad gives surprise visits to campus hostels too. Lectures and awareness programmes are organized by the college.

Learn moreUniversity Grants Commission's Instructions to Universities to Prevent Caste-Based Discrimination in Higher Education
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a circular that if any official, professor, member of various authorities, non-teaching staff behaves discriminatory on the basis of caste to the students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes pursuing higher education, a committee should be formed to take strict action and give justice to the students.
The University/Institute/College may develop a page on its website to register such complaints of caste discrimination by SC/ST students and may also maintain a complaint register in the office of the Registrar/Principal for this purpose.
If any such incident comes to the notice of the authorities, immediate action should be taken against the erring officers/faculty members.
Universities and colleges should ensure that no officer/faculty member discriminates against any community or category of students in any way.
The University may constitute a committee to investigate complaints of discrimination received from SC/ST/OBC students/teaching and non-teaching staff.
It has instructed the officers/faculty members of your university/institute to be more sensitive while dealing with incidents of discrimination on the basis of caste.
Due to the said circular, there is a possibility of controlling to some extent the type of caste-based discrimination faced by students pursuing higher education.
To oversee the effective implementation of policies and programmes for the SC/ST/OBC, to provide guidance, counselling and resolve issues pertaining to the Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace and to enhance the diversity within the campus.
