Research Centre
The Ph.D. Programme at Shri Siddhivinayak Mahila mahavidyalaya is affiliated and recognized by the Savitribai Phule Pune University and follows the UGC guidelines. It was established on 15th September 2020. The objective behind the research center is to promote research that enhances progress and employability amongst students. The programme prepares the students in the career of research and teaching. It facilitates the research students to develop an in-depth understanding of their respective areas of specialization. The students demonstrate their independent research thinking through publications in top class academic journals and make scholarly presentations of their work. The college offers the Ph.D. programme in the discipline of Commerce, with specializations in Business Administration, Business Economics and Business Practices.
Policy
- To promote a research environment among faculty and students by providing necessary infrastructure and support.
- To boost confidence and provide necessary assistance to staff members and PG students for the Ph.D. registration.
- To motivate faculty to undertake major and minor research projects from state, national and international funding agencies and provide necessary assistance.
- To encourage faculty for the organization and participation in national, international seminars, conferences, workshops and symposia; which leads interaction with eminent academicians to build scientific research temperament.
- To encourage faculty for the publication of research work in journals having national and international reputation and recognized by UGC.
Objectives
